This compact Vermont ensuite was finished as a bright, practical space with full-height white wall tiles, charcoal floor tiles and a frameless glass shower enclosure. A rainfall and handheld shower, recessed niche, vessel basin with wall-mounted tapware, concealed cistern and coordinated brushed-metal fittings make efficient use of the room, while the frosted awning window brings in natural light and preserves privacy.

This Clayton project brought together a complete bathroom and toilet renovation with a practical built-in laundry. We created a bright bathroom with a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, fluted glass screens, terrazzo-style floor tiles and a custom timber vanity. The laundry was fitted with stacked appliances, a compact sink and built-in shelving, then neatly concealed behind custom bifold doors to keep the surrounding area clean and uncluttered.

This project was completed in stages across the same upper floor. During this stage, we fully renovated the family bathroom and separate toilet, replaced the bathroom window and carefully reworked the layout to make the most of every centimetre. We also repositioned the wall of the future ensuite at this stage, creating more usable space before the ensuite was completed during a later phase of the project.

We reconfigured the home’s existing bathroom and laundry area by relocating internal walls, removing the original large window and installing new windows to suit the revised layout. The new plan created three practical spaces: a private ensuite, a separate family bathroom with a toilet, and a laundry that also includes a shower and toilet. This major reconfiguration improved everyday functionality and significantly strengthened the home’s market appeal and potential sale value.

We enlarged the existing bathroom by reconfiguring the front of the home and reducing the entrance decking area. The work followed an approved design and was completed under the supervision of the appointed building surveyor. The renovation included structural alterations, new framing, insulation, plumbing, waterproofing, full-height tiling, a freestanding bath, double vanity and new bathroom window. We rebuilt the entrance deck and completed repairs, preparation and painting across the entire weatherboard façade.

This St Kilda renovation transformed an ageing bathroom into a bright, efficient room with an integrated laundry hidden behind sliding doors. The space was stripped back for plumbing alterations, new wet-area linings and waterproofing before being finished with white subway wall tiles, decorative patterned floor tiles, a frameless walk-in shower, recessed niche, heated towel rail, new vanity and an oversized mirror. The adjoining laundry includes a compact sink, timber benchtop and open timber shelves, while full-height sliding doors and overhead cabinetry keep appliances and storage neatly concealed.

We completed a full bathroom and toilet reconstruction in this older St Kilda heritage home. The rooms were stripped back for the required preparation and services before being rebuilt and finished with full-height pink and white wall tiles, a frameless walk-in shower, timber vanity and coordinated brushed-brass fittings. The client selected the materials, colours and overall design, and Bonum completed the construction and installation work to bring that design to life.
